Couples Beginner
Our Couples Beginner Session is designed for partners who want to learn the game together in a relaxed, fun, and supportive environment.
Our coach will guide you through the basics, including but not limited to how to hold the racket with the proper grip, footwork, stroke technique, and rally skills. Each session focuses on stroke mechanics and repetition to build confidence on the court through structured drills and guided practice.
This class is ideal for complete beginners who have never taken any formal lessons prior as well as couples with some prior rally experience or up to one year of casual play. Beginner players that have played casually in high school or have taken a couple lessons in the past and are returning to tennis after a long gap in need of a refresher are also welcome.
No experience is needed.

Women’s Beginner 1.0

Women’s Beginner 1.5
Our Women’s Beginner 1.5 Session is perfect for players who are somewhat comfortable with the basics and are ready to start rallying more consistently and confidently on the court.
This class is ideal for those who have had some lessons in the past, play somewhat regularly at least once per week, have some rally experience/can maintain short rallies but are looking to build consistency, and have been playing casually for at least a year.
USTA Level 2.0 - 2.5
Female Only Class
Training includes structured drills, cooperative rallying, introduction to directional hitting, and simple point-play scenarios. The focus is on strengthening fundamentals, improving footwork, and building the skills needed to progress into more competitive play.

Whether you’re trying something new or getting back into the game, this class offers an active, enjoyable way to connect and improve your skills.
Adult Beginner 2
Our Adult Beginner 2 session is perfect for players who are comfortable with the basics and are ready to build more consistency and confidence on the court.
This class is ideal for those who have had some lessons in the past, play somewhat regularly around 1-2 times per week, have rally experience, and have been playing casually for at least 2-3 years.
USTA Level 2.5 - 3.5
Co-Ed Class (both males and females welcome)
Players will work on improving topspin, directional control, footwork patterns, and serve mechanics, while learning how to transition from rallying to point play. Sessions include structured drills, game play and rally exercises, and introductory match tactics to help you progress to the next level with solid fundamentals.
Adult Intermediate
Our Adult Intermediate session is designed for players with a solid foundation who are ready to sharpen their technique, elevate consistency, and compete with more strategy.
This class is ideal for those who can rally comfortably, control direction on groundstrokes, and serve with some reliability. Individuals at this level are usually active players that play regularly 2-3 times a week and have had 3+ years of consistent tennis experience whether through a league or private lessons.
USTA Level 3.5 - 4.0
Co-Ed Class (both males and females welcome)
Training focuses on generating topspin and pace, improving net play, developing effective footwork patterns, and learning offensive and defensive shot selection. Each session blends technical refinement, situational drills, game play and rally exercises, and point-based scenarios to help you become a smarter, more confident competitor on the court.
Adult Advanced (NEW)*
Our Adult Advanced session is built for experienced players who train regularly and are ready to refine high-level skills, strategy, and match play performance.
This class is ideal for those who have confident stroke mechanics, the ability to generate pace and spin, consistent serves with variety, and a strong understanding of court positioning. Individuals at this level are active players that play regularly 3-5 times a week and have had 5+ years of consistent tennis experience whether through a league, or private lessons. Players at this level are usually also familiar with competitive matchplay through tournament experience with a handful of players reaching elite levels within the sport.
USTA Level 4.0+/4.5+
Co-Ed Class (both males and females welcome)
Training emphasizes on point construction, transition play, advanced footwork patterns, and tactical decision-making. Sessions feature high-intensity drilling, game play and rally exercises, and competitive point play designed to challenge players and elevate their game to a higher competitive standard.
