Booking
Booking is conducted through Acuity Scheduling. The link can be found on the home page of our website. For tennis bookings, please schedule directly through Acuity. For pickleball or vocal bookings, please contact the service provider (Shawn) directly for booking instructions. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of booking. You will not be allowed to participate in a SM Tennis session or utilize a SM Tennis service of any kind unless payment has been made in advance. Each means of payment is listed below. Payment methods accepted include:

Cash payments will be accepted ONLY if communicated with the service provider (Shawn) in advance AND agreed upon with clear written approval. If clear written approval is not given, you will not be able to utilize this method and furthermore will not be accepted to participate in a SM Tennis session or utilize a SM Tennis service.
Payment Method Process (Venmo, Zelle)
A confirmation process has been put into place to ensure your booking is complete. Please read the directions carefully below.
Once a payment has been made, please screenshot the payment details and send them to the service provider (Shawn) directly for confirmation that the payment has been received. Once the service provider has given clear written confirmation that the payment has been received, your booking will be complete. If clear written approval is not given, your booking will be considered invalid and you will not be accepted to participate in a SM Tennis Session or utilize a SM Tennis service. This policy is in place solely for the protection of both the service provider and the client in case of unforeseen circumstances (platform error, bank holds, network error, etc).

Additional Information (Payment)
To protect our customers’ privacy and personal information, we have chosen NOT to accept credit cards for payment. Processing credit card transactions requires storing and transmitting sensitive financial data through third-party systems, which increases the risk of data breaches and unauthorized access. By avoiding credit card processing entirely, we eliminate those vulnerabilities and ensure that your personal and financial details remain fully secure. Additionally, credit card transactions require a 4% merchant processing fee and we do not feel it is fair to pass that surcharge on to our clients. This allows us to keep costs transparent and ensures all clients receive the best value without added charges.

Package Purchases
To purchase a package with SM Tennis, please contact the service provider (Shawn) at 214-404-7871.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Bookings MUST be canceled at least 12 hrs prior to the scheduled session time if you are unable to make it AND communicated directly with the service provider (Shawn) for a refund to be processed. Once the service provider confirms and provides clear written approval that your booking has been canceled, you will receive a full refund. Any cancellations after this window will result in a late cancellation and you will incur the full fee of the respective booking without exception.
Refunds will not be issued for days missed or client cancellations due to circumstances outside of our control, such as traffic, unexpected emergencies, or plan changes. Additionally, we do not provide refunds for extended travel or prolonged absences.
Package purchases are non-extendable. 10 session package purchases are valid for 8 weeks from the day of purchase. 5 session package purchases are valid for 4 weeks from the day of purchase. Unlimited monthly session packages are valid for 30 days from the day of purchase. Refunds will not be provided for any remaining session credits after expiration. Please plan accordingly.
Refunds will be issued on days when rain or severe weather fully prevents a session from taking place. If conditions make it impossible to run the session safely or effectively, you will receive a refund for that day. Aside from these circumstances, no refunds will be provided.
Class Cancellations
Scheduled sessions may be canceled up until an hour before the start time. Given that a session has to be canceled by the service provider, you will receive a full refund. Sessions where only one individual signs up will either be run for 30 minutes or canceled. Sessions do tend to run through the holidays unless otherwise notified.
Logistics
The exact address will be provided after booking and payment confirmation. This is a Pasadena/San Marino-based program located at a private residence. If you are unsure of where to go or did not receive the address details after booking, please contact the service provider (Shawn) at 214-404-7871.

What To Bring
Please bring your own racket/paddle. If you do not have one readily available, you are more than welcome to rent one from us. Racket/paddle rentals will be $15/visit.
